I engaged with Meighan to help me buy an investment property in Baltimore. I have had experience buying investment properties in Florida but wasn't very familiar with the Baltimore market. Meighan responsiveness and commitment was evident intermediately. She navigated me through the whole process keeping me updated every step of the way.
The thing I was most appreciative of was that Meighan went out of her way to help in matters that extended beyond the role of a realtor. She would research the many questions I asked and helped me understand city regulations, zoning, remodeling costs and many other subjects. Having dealt with many realtors before, I was impressed by how she proactively scheduled and managed each step in the purchase from inspection, appraisal to closing she was on top of every detail. She proactively engaged with each third party making it very easy with my busy schedule.

I HIGHLY recommend Meighan to anyone either buying or selling a home. Working with her was absolutely wonderful and she made the process as painless as it could be, even though it's a stressful time! Not only was she extremely professional, but she was always available to answer my questions and keep me updated on the progress of things. I couldn't have asked for better communication. She always made us feel like we were important, even though I know she had plenty of other clients at the time. We used her to sell our house (quickly!) in Highlandtown and purchase a new home out in the country.
Selling: She was highly knowledgeable about the local market, and knew exactly why our house stood out, how to market it, and what we should list it for. She hired a GREAT photographer so the pictures showed extremely well online. She has great networking skills as well, and we ended up having a showing literally every day after the house went on the market. We went under contract in 10 days! She was great at explaining everything along the way, as I had never sold a home before. She was also great at negotiating with the buyers, and I ended up walking with more than originally anticipated.
Purchasing: We went through the ringer with buying a new home. Meighan was absolutely patient and understanding while we searched. When we finally got under contract, I was getting stressed about our loan getting approved. She recommended a GREAT mortgage guy to work with, who ended up being fantastic and getting us exactly what we needed (PLEASE ask her for this recommendation if you're working with her!). Once again, she was a tough negotiator under a couple difficult circumstances and ended up getting the job done. She was always extremely professional and knowledgeable, and again, available whenever we needed her.
If you are shopping around for an agent, don't look past Meighan. She will be able to help you no matter where you are in the process. I have already recommended her to my entire family and all of my friends! She was a pleasure to work with, and fun to hang around too!
